Shape Your Ideas with POLYMORPH DIY Plastic Pellets - Mouldable Thermoplastic Polycaprolactone. Available in 40g, 80g, 160g, 500g and 1kg bags.

Explore endless DIY possibilities with our UK-sourced Polymorph pellets. Easily mouldable in slightly cooled boiling water, these pellets transform into durable, waterproof, and reusable objects. They're ideal for crafting bespoke accessories, unique household fixtures, model making, and even bonding items together.

To utilise Polymorph, heat water to just below its boiling point (the pellets melt at 62 degrees Celsius) in a non-plastic container. Once the water has slightly cooled, submerge the pellets. When they've softened, carefully retrieve them using a metal spoon, which is resistant to heat and prevents the Polymorph from sticking (avoid using wooden spoons). Allow the Polymorph to cool for 10 seconds on a tinfoil sheet before moulding. This cooling time makes the Polymorph easier to handle. To reuse, simply reheat the formed plastic. Remember to handle the hot water and metal spoon with caution.

Polymorph is not a toy and isn't suitable for children. It should not be used when pregnant, for consumption, or to make mouth moulds. Exercise caution due to the hot water involved in the process and remember to store it in a cool, dry place. Prioritise safety in your crafting and enjoy using Polymorph responsibly!
