This is a lot of 2 Hamtaro items.

First is the Ham Ham House. A cute house full of adventures for all the Ham-Hams. 

Take your favorite Ham-Ham for a spin in the wheel or totter on the seesaw.

The house itself is in great condition. Colors are all bright, nothing is faded.

A are a few accessories missing but most are included. 

The sheet of stickers have been used and most are decorations on the walls in the house.

There are 8 cardboard cut out rugs/blankets/mail.

The house measures 10" x 8.75" x 7.5"

The mini measures 4.25" x 3.25" x 1.5"

An extra bonus is a Bijou Ham-Ham mini playset with Bijour Ham Ham and accessories.

Again mostly complete, there is one accessory included that I am not sure what it is.

I have yet to see a complete one so I am not sure what all came with it or not.

So this is fun to get 2 sets in 1. They are both rare but the mini is extra hard to find.

There is quite a bit of wear to the original ham ham house box as shown in pics.
