The tone control ist extremely effective with its two mid bands. This enables you to drastically alter the tone of your guitar as needed. It is capable of much more than just 80s metall sound à la Iron Maiden.

Beautiful CLEAN sound with lots of headroom. LEAD channel has a switchable boost as well as a shape EQ. The later altering the mid notch for very diverse distortion sounds. This channel can do CRUNCH to HIGH GAIN when adjusting BOOST, GAIN LEVEL and LEAD MASTER correctly.

OPTIONAL FOOTSWITCH: (not included) with an optional simple dual foot switch (with TRS-wiring) CLEAN/LEAD and BOOST can be controlled remotely.

EFFECTS LOOP: the effects return is mine/stereo switchable, so you can send the line out signal to the FOH mixer in stereo.

IMPORTANT CLARIFICATION: the amp head itself is MONO! When using the stereo effects loop the L/R-returns are summed up and send to the 120 watt mono power amp.

HEADPHONE OUT: the clean channel is very useable even by today standards. The lead channel sounds via headphone out are obviously not to par with todays standards. This can be easily compensated with some speaker emulating stomp box in the effects loop.
