Nice, Very Early Antique 1819 Leatherbound School Book, "Latin Tutor"

DESCRIPTION: Scarce, VERY EARLY antique leather bound book.  Very detailed and interesting content, and nicely printed on early paper, with "raised" letterpress print.

A nice looking, early leather bound book for a bookshelf or for a collection of early student items. Very nice patina overall and leather is still soft. 286 pages long. Leather covers and text pages are in very good condition overall for the age. On the front cover appears to be a name scratched in it.

Also has a hand written endorsement in early ink in the front, "Property of Moors Indian Charity School".    Also "W. H. Lord, Hanover, NH."

I can't do full justice with a description of contents here, but you will not be disappointed with the subject & content & age.  A great resource and interesting reading for anyone.
