A Fender Japan JB series model, a reissue of the 1975 model, has arrived.
The body is made of 2-piece ash, combined with a maple neck and fingerboard, resulting in a very responsive and clear sound.
The serial number indicates that it was manufactured between 1990 and 1991.
Crafted by the artisans at the Fujigen factory, this model stands out for its meticulous construction. Considering its age, it is in very good condition, with some minor body scratches.
Both the neck and frets are also in excellent condition.
This period of Japanese-made Fenders is expected to become increasingly valuable and hard to obtain in the future.
