This is a used Antronix CMC2006V-A 6-Way Splitter. For use with Coaxial Cable TV/HDTV/Digital service 5 - 1002MHz (1GHz).
One F-Type coaxial input and 6-outputs. There is a 9db loss on each output so be aware that when using splitters such as these signal quality is reduced after each splitter. Unused outputs should be capped off with a coaxial terminator.
An amplifier should be used if you are experiencing a lot of signal loss on devices connected after the splitter, please consult an expert if you have questions on installation. If you have signal issues after the splitter it's likely not a faulty splitter but low input signal into the splitter.
