They include an extra button, reinforced seaming, a YKK zipper, and all the durability these pants are known for.  The size on the tag is

 31 waist 30 inseam. However, these classic khakis have been professionally shortened and the 27 inches and is shown in the pictures.

 These pants are in great condition as shown in the pictures. The right front pocket inset has a stain as shown in the picture. It does not

 affect wear. The stain is hard like a drop of glue but it is not sticky and does not affect pocket use.
