Small personal poetry gift book.  Dated 1837.  

Particularly nice as it is identified on the front page in period hand written pencil as follows:  "Elisa Whitman from her brother Henry".  Very cool with the personal gift inscription!!!

200 pages. Hard covers.  Nice patina overall.  All in very good condition.  Nice cover design and antique texture.  Minor binding crack on cover.    

Great looking overall and looks good in a display or as part of a variety of early collections.
