Waistband is 30 inches (no stretch in waistband)

There is a lot of room in the bust due to the sleeves 38 inches laid flat but not spread out all of the way -there is more room than that but I think it's meant to be blousy

Sleeve 22 inches approximate due to dolman sleeve 

Max Length of skirt measured from top end of waistband 23 inches

The skirt opens up in the front  with a tulip cut - see photo
