TV powers on but there are no analog channels to tune in for a picture. Antenna is intact with some rust spots on it. The charger has white residue on it as shown in the pictures. The volume is touchy with in working fine at full volume but needs to be adjusted with the lever in other positions. There is a vintage Walmart sticker on the exterior of the box.
