These are original documents sent from Nintendo of America to one of their licensed publishers regarding the creation and submission process for official box and label art.  There were certain restrictions and rules that had to be adhered to by the companies or their submissions would be rejected, and this is the package that was sent to help them through the process. 

These papers do have some water damage, but are in overall great condition.  Please see pictures for overall condition.

These were originally sent to Triffix for the submission of Dream TV and have some notes written in pencil throughout the packet.  The dark pages are actually negatives on something similar to X-ray paper, and show the basic templates required.  An amazing piece of video gaming history!
