Unrestored, I only see one visible light crack as shown. There may be others under the paint. I removed this over 20+ years ago exactly as you see it and it has only been carefully stored since. 

Chrome is good condition ORIGINAL chrome, see pics, not pitted up junk. Button center plastic is in decent condition, no idea if original.

Screws for mounting the center button piece are included, I do not have the 3 that mount the spoke assembly to the wheel.

Note the horn cap is loose in the button surround. Pics of inside show what is included. If there is supposed to be a spring or springs to hold the plastic button tight in place it is no longer with the cap.

This wheel is sold exactly as shown and as is "FOR RESTORATION". It is not advertised here as a "restored" wheel. The level of restoration and perfection desired is up to the BUYER to perform.

The wheel color was changed from blue to black at some point and some of the blue is showing.
