Please note the following:-These lights have been completely re-wired and checked. However we strongly recommend that only a fully qualified electrician installs them. They have not been PAT tested. These metal units must be properly earthed. We have provided an earth wire fixed to the base plate for this purpose. This wire must NOT be removed.

All units have been renovated to a professional standard and ready for installation. However these are units that have been previously installed and in some cases may be many years old. Therefore they should be treated with great care when installing. Care should be taken not to over stress brass parts. We cannot be liable for breakages due to miss handling. Always use modern LED lamps. These will not overload the wiring. Old style filament lamps are NOT to be used unless a qualified electrician advises that the new wiring is suitable. The aforementioned mainly applies to multiple lights on one lighting unit.
