These Dongles are all PERPETUAL DONGLES that will run any version of Avid Media Composer that was released up to 9/30/21 or MCv2021.9
The Dongles were all purchased as part of a bigger liquidation of older Avid Hardware and Dongles and were Sold AS IS with no Transfer papers. The Sales were Final and they are NOT TRANSFERABLE
Note that Dongles are not supported with Mac Silicon architecture M1 and newer and only up to MacOS Catalina although there is a workaround to make it work for Big Sur
