Rare Sydney street directory 2nd edition in acceptable condition.

As you can see this item is in a rougher condition with tears, some pages starting to become loose, spine damage, discolouration, page stuck down at start etc all seen in photos however still a very cool piece and book is still attached to cover so complete with no pages missing that I could see
