A warm and breathable lining of 1.5mm, non-pilling fleece and air mesh add to the boots' insulating warmth around your feet and calves. Genuine hand-laid rubber overlays over the foot with double-reinforced overlays in the heels, toes, ankles, and insteps add extra flexible protection. Under the feet, full-length reinforced tuck boards and rigid steel shanks boost stability and underfoot support over uneven ground, while the removable contour-molded EVA sockliners and cold-blocking 2mm Densoprene sub-soles cushion every step and block cold seeping up through the bottom of the boots. Vibram® "Hellcat" Arctic Grip™ outsoles feature oversized grip pods for extra-steady footing on ice and snow.
