- Johannes XXIII (Medal 1). Silver tone metal/plate. Front side has right facing bust of Pope. Latin inscription JOHANNES XXIII PONT MAX. Back of metal has depiction of Saint Peters Square and the Italian inscription RICORDO DI ROMA (souvenir of Rome).

- Medals are solid plated metal.
