This is an authentic copper plate Antique Map of Europe after the Invasion of the Barbarians c.550, with original hand colouring, by the cartographer Felix Delamarche.  "L'Europe avant I'Invasion des Barbares" - "Europe after the Invasion of the Barbarians" in English. His name appears in the cartouche of the map, with the date of 1831.  It's from the "Atlas de La Geographie Ancienne, du Moyen Age, et Moderne, adopte par le Conseil Royal ..." published 1832, Paris.

Map Image measures approximately 11.5 by 16.5 inches (29x42cm). The whole sheet measures 13.5 by 20" (33x50cm) with good margin as shown in pic.

The map has a centre fold, due to coming from an atlas.

Condition Very Good.  Minor ageing at top of sheet, all in margin & no marks on map Image. Framed you won't notice (I have one framed myself on my wall).

Map sent in solid cardboard postal tubes, so it arrives perfect.   Extra maps bought, up to 4/5, will have be combined with minimal, or no extra postage.
