During the checkout process you will be given a range of delivery options and reading the following information will ensure you choose the delivery option that is right for you.

Once you have paid for your purchase your order will be processed and dispatched no longer than 1 working day. If you complete your transaction by 11am your item will be dispatched same day.

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

Orders are usually delivered Monday to Saturday between 9am and 5pm. If you know that you will not be at your home address during these hours we advise that you use an alternative delivery address when you place your order to prevent delays and disappointment.
