This is an India Travancore & Cochin State Official Court Notice Cover from 1938, or 8 DHA 125, according to the native calendar.  It was sent from Thondawkulagara to Allenrrey via Registered Mail.

The thing to note with this cover is the Travancore & Cochin Official "ONE ANNA" strip of 5 of SG 04.  These are RARE and are valued at CV L40 x 15 on cover.
