Finisher medal from the Leadville 50 Silver Rush Run.  Impressive engraved stainless steel on original lanyard.  Fairly rare and remains in good shape.  There is on scratch shown in close up, otherwise the medal is in fine shape, no rough edges, no tarnishing, no corrosion etc.  Lanyard is nice, no damage, no rips, good clasp, lightly soiled.  

About 3.75" x 2.5".  Over 5 ounces.
