The console is an import but reads in English and will play US games but will not play US movies. Note that the "O" button is enter and the "X" button is back on the PSP dashboard. In-game buttons are standard.

All buttons / controls and front of console body (aside from a bit of wear near joystick) are in very good shape! Back of console body has light wear but looks nice overall. Sides of console have a little wear on the paint, but nothing too severe. Screen has a little dust underneath and a yellow tint on the LCD that is more noticeable against a light background.
