Description and additional details

Marshmallow is made on the basis of pectin. Apple puree, molasses and other ingredients are used in the manufacturing process. Shelf life - 3 months. Product quality and safety are confirmed by ISO 22000 and ISO 9001 standards.
Ingredients:
Sugar, molasses, apple puree, liquid pasteurized egg white, powdered sugar, gelling agent - pectin, acidity regulators: lactic acid, sodium lactate.

Nutritional value of 100 g of product: proteins - 1.2 g; fats – ; carbohydrates - 87.9 g

Energy value of 100 g of product: 1514 kJ (356 kcal).

Store at a temperature 15-21°C and a relative humidity of no more than 75%.
