Description

The unit Powers on, screen and buttons work. Does not read any signals correctly. Sometimes will display the correct voltage, sometimes it will show no voltage. The auto-range function does not seem to work. When testing resistance, it does not register that anything is connected. Current input is missing the fuse. 
For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit.

We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.
