Nice Ideal Toni doll, marked P90 Ideal
Doll Made In USA on the back of her head and Ideal Doll P 90 on the upper part
of her back . She is jointed at the
neck, shoulders and hips and has been re-strung. She is fairly clean, no splits or odors that
I can see or smell. She may have a spot
or two here and there and some slight rubs at the joints but overall pretty
clean. Her right arm has a pale blue
spot on the forearm but otherwise she seems pretty clean. She has pretty dark blue/gray sleep eyes with
soft and full upper lashes and painted dark lower lashes. She has a bit of
smoky eye shadow, more on her right eye than left and painted thin medium brown
eyebrows. Her cheeks are very rosy and
she has a pleasant dark red little smile. She does not have any finger or toe nail polish. She has a very pretty face!
Her wig is a light blonde, kind of wavy
and styled with hair pins, probably by her former owner. Her hair looks as though she has been out on
display rather than in a cabinet, a little dusty but still a pretty blonde!
She wears off white light cotton sheer
panties with an elastic waist and white lace trim around each leg opening. The
elastic is a bit stretched but they still stay up on her waist and they appear
to be original.
Her dress is an original Toni dress
complete with the white tag in the back with blue lettering that reads genuine
Toni Doll with nylon wig Made By Ideal Toy Corporation. The top is a light pink ribbed material with
short sleeves trimmed with off white lace, off white lace up the front and
around the collar. There are two white
buttons on the front by the lace. The
waist has a gold ribbed faux belt and
there are two white buttons in the back for closure. The tag is sewn into the waistline in the
back. The skirt is a dark salmon color
with a gold flower print. There is a
half slip sewn in at the waist that matches the panties and also has lace trim
around the hem. The lace is off white
and I don’t know if it is supposed to be off white or brighter and maybe has
darkened a bit with age and the dress also looks like it was out on display and
not kept in a cabinet. The material is
still has a little stiff feel like a new dress would so I don’t think she has
been played with very much. Great original
outfit~!
She wears white slip on vintage shoes
with a snap in the front and white ribbed nylon anklet stockings. Again these look to have been on display with
a bit of a dusty appearance and appear to be her original shoes.
