1950s Vintage Brooke Cadwallader Large Silk Scarf Birds Designer Museum 35 x 34

Brooke Cadwallader is featured at The Costume Institute at The Metropolitan Museum. I can see why as this beautiful scarf features bright, colorful birds and so is fun!  Designer in the 40's and 50's, this print is rare so be sure to add this to your collection.

Would look beautiful worn as a neckerchief, headscarf, ponytail holder or belt. Use it in the house to decorate a table, in the car tied to the gear shift for a bit of color and flare or tied around your purse handle.  Scarves are so fun to decorate with and there are endless possibilities!

Fabric: Silk
Size: 35 x 34

Good used, vintage condition - the white edges are a little dingy but will likely brighten up with a soak in stain treatment water. There are a few very small stains, but not highly visible. There are areas throughout the scarf where the silk shows a very small size pulling, not holes but areas where they are lighter material than in others. Still in good condition regardless of these items.
