This is a South African New Republic stamp from 1886.  It is SG 47, the 30 Shillings on Granite Paper.

This is a JUMBO stamp, and it is VERY RARE!  

This one is Used and in Very Fine Condition!  It is cancelled with a Handstamp and dated "13 JAN 86." 

Under normal circumstances, this would be valued at L300 in the Stanley Gibbons Catalogue if the stamp were in Mint condition.  It is UNPRICED used.
