We are selling this items as it is no longer required.

- Item tested before listing and is in working order

- This item has been used and looked after in our rental fleet (on selected Dj jobs, not dry hire)

- Item shows signs of use as shown in images

Payment

Please note that VAT at the current UK rate is included in the final auction price. We can provide a VAT invoice if required for items purchased.

Postal / shipping items

Items will be shipped via UPS with tracking information provided.

For collection in person

When collecting an item in person we accept Cash (in pounds’ sterling) debit or credit card payments. (for card payments debit and personal credit cards have no processing fee, however there is an additional processing fee applicable for business and international credit cards of 3%).

Please note cheques are not accepted.

PayPal payments can be made prior to collection only if you wish to pay using this method.

All working items will be shown to you in working order when collecting. We kindly ask for the name of the person collecting prior to collection.

Returns

If you are unsatisfied with any purchased item, please contact us as we may be able to rectify any problems via email or over the phone. We do ask if you are unsatisfied please contact us before leaving negative feedback unjustifiably.

You have the right to inform us within 14 days from collection if you wish to return the item. You then have an additional 14 days after informing us of the return request to then return the items to our address where it was collected. The cost implied from the return of any items will be at the cost of the customer. Once the item is received back the item will be refunded using the payment method used for the purchase.
