This is a Trinidad OHMS, or ON HIS MAJESTY'S SERVICE Wrapper sent from the Trinidad to Edinburgh, Scotland on 7/1/1903.

The thing that makes this little guy both special and VERY RARE is the usage of the TRINIDAD BOTANICAL DEPARTMENT B.W.I. OVAL in PURPLE!
