From 1997 to 2003, Pacific Trading Cards attended sports card shows and offered collectors an opportunity to open a pack of Pacific cards at their booth and get one of the cards embossed with a special logo created just for that show. They did this at over 60 different shows throughout the United States and Canada during that span. Today, these embossed cards from the Pacific series are very rare, and can be very difficult to find for certain players. They do not exist in any kind of quantity, ranging from many 1/1's to a handful for any specific player from each individual show.
