Before the outbreak of the war the German Red Cross were responsible for providing medical care and humanitarian aid, it was incorporated in the Nazi organization around 1938 and was organized as a military component with a hierarchy and uniforms.
Nice German Red Cross Helmet from mid to late war period. Exterior in good condition with paint losses and fading. Decal in poor condition about 50% remains, please view photo for own assessment of the Decal. All helmet liner pin tight and complete. Leather line and pad are complete, no damage or tires.
