This is a vintage industrial lamp made by Underwriters Laboratories Inc. It has a brown metal rectangular design for two white fluorescent lights and a push-button control style. The lamp is portable and has a corded electric power source with a voltage of 110V. It is a medium-sized art deco-style lamp that is original and made in the United States.

The lamp works as should but only has one light bulb. The replacement bulbs are easily found. Light is super bright and I think you can put pens or pencils in the little grooves on the front of the base.
