This is a 50mm lens taken from a perfectly good Nikon Nikkor 50mm AF-S F1.8G lens.
You put this on the front of your lens (backwards) and can get some very close zoomed in shots with it.

I realise now it was a bit stupid of me to do this at the time, but I was young and probably a bit manic.
Oh well. I believe it has a 43mm filter ring taped onto it, so if you buy a step-down ring you can attach it directly to the front of your existing lens.

It has low distortion, no scratches that I can see because it is fairly new, although it does have a few dust specs.

I didn't get into macro photography as much as I thought.
Now I just want it gone.
Won't be dismantling any lenses ever again though!
