Vintage 1977 MEGO CHIPS "Ponch" 3.75" Action Figure on unpunched / sealed / unused card.  Plastic bubble is sealed and tight, but does have a dent in the plastic on top.  Case fresh, came from original owner, first time on the market.  Almost never find unpunched.  See our other MEGO auctions from this discovery.
