This kit is for a 1:12 scale dolls house called The Wye House which I purchased from Dolls House Direct in 2019 when the house was first made available.

The item is in the original packaging unopened but also includes the printed instructions and some items that were not included in the original box.

The item is very heavy so collection only from Peacehaven BN107QF

Unfortunately I no longer have the time or space for this hobby.
