This vintage Esmo Noddy Clockwork Wind-up Drummer Boy Toy is a unique addition to any vintage toy collection. It appears to probably be the character Noddy from the toyland series by Enid Blyton; I think the hat and scarf have faded. 
This piece is being sold for spares or repair, making it a perfect opportunity for collectors to add to their own collection or for those who enjoy restoring vintage toys. Trousers missing. Clockwork mechanism only works a little if you push the key round.
