This beautiful large oval ended tablecloth has some hand embroidered trailing florals and some crochet lace....It is certainly a showstopper and would look wonderful laid up on a table when dining in the garden.
The white matte cotton is fine quality and tightly woven and has machine hems but then it has been worked by hand - see photo of reverse of the embroidery. The central oval of the cloth is white, even though it looks a different colour, it is just my wooden table showing through. Lots of photos taken, all will enlarge for closer inspection and just ask, if questions.
The crochet lace is simply stunning and definitely a crowd pleaser....very attractive on the eye!
It comes with 8 matching napkins, each has a matching small daisy flower in one corner
Cloth measures 86" long x 68.5" extra wide and the large napkins measure 15.5" x 15.5"
This is lovely and white and the cotton still retains it slight stiffness....It has been used but I don't believe it has been washed. There is a small mark right on the edge of the cloth see photo and some tiny marks on 2/3 napkins see photos but I would suggest that with careful washing and perhaps some vanish, that these will just wash out....you decide....and honestly, it's a beautiful set and I would use on my table.
