Beautiful PMR Bavaria Jaeger & Co Coffee pot c1930's - read description.

A really lovely vintage 1930's Jaeger & Co coffee pot with lid, beautifully decorated on a white ground with gilt rims and edges laced with black scrollwork. Although this is almost an antique the simple but strong decoration and wonderful design would not look out of place in a modern setting. The pattern number is 1137.7 but I can't find an associated pattern name. There is a small chip to the gilt rim of the teapot at the front top near the lid and a large chip to the inner rim where someone has obviously been careless with the lipped lid. This latter chip cannot be seen with the lid on the pot but there is an associated small hairline crack to the outside - please see pictures (damage is reflected in the price). The  coffee pot is VERY large - 22.5cm high (including lid), 26cm handle to spout, 13cm diameter and weighs 0.83kg. Display stand not included.

I am selling 39 matching pieces from this beautiful tea/coffee set (tea pot, coffee pot, lidded sugar bowl, creamer, a large pair of cake plates, 9x trios and 3x teacup & saucer) - please see my other listings - and I would accept reasonable offers for multiple items or even the whole collection.

Please contact me if you have any questions or would like further details or pictures. International buyers please contact me for shipping estimates BEFORE bidding. Any international customs fees or charges are for the buyer’s account.
