This type of turntable motor is found on the mechanism used in AMI models A, B, C, D-40 and E-40.
This motor turns counter-clockwise (CCW) and is 115 volts a.c.
I have tested it and it is in good working condition.
The 3 mounting screws and spacers are included.

When installed on a mechanism this motor requires a hub on the shaft depending on whether 45 rpm or 78 rpm is desired.
