Butcher's  amber paste wax (Boston Polish) 

 (4 lb can; now 2lbs 10ozwith can)

 

- Hopefully, you can judge  from the photo how much was used. 

- The can is suppose to have 4. lb inside. I don't know how much an empty can weights, but when put on the scale, it measures 2lb. 10oz. You would have to subtract the weight of the can to actually know how much remains in the can
