Forklift is not broken. Platform base has some light surface rust on it.  I tested and it worked properly.  Needs a cleaning and the white crane for the platform - part is readily available.

I’m going thru a huge accumulation of Lionel and selling off duplicates.These all need cleaning as they are dusty from years of storage.
