Vintage Bailey No. 3 Smooth Plane Tool Wood Handle.  Has multiple dates stamped in metal: March 1902, August 1902, April 1910.  Overall condition is excellent.  Light restoration.  Tote and knob in excellent condition.  Knob is low profile.
