My lego collection is looking for a new home and so I am gradually selling it.

This is a sort after and highly collectible vintage 12V train carriage from the 1980's. I have spent time giving it a refresh and a careful wash ready for the new owner.

These sets are quite rare to come across in the UK and I am also selling the Sleep Car (no 7815)

This listing is for the purchase of Lego set 7819, It is a Postal Container Wagon / Train Carriage.

It was released in 1983 and as such does have some signs of wear. Some of the bricks have small nicks and marks and I have tried to photograph this accurately. Some of these nicks and marks cannot be seen as they are inside the build. I consider these parts could be replaced to suit as they are the straightforward bricks and plates. I include them to ensure pieces are of the correct time.

The large sliding train doors are all in good condition, one of the clips has a small stress mark. One door has it's original sticker and the letter printed tiles are in varying condition. There are close up photos of these so you can assess condition.

The mini figure has some wear to his train emblem on his torso and his smile is slightly worn too.

The grey roof is slightly yellowed as are the round grey plates. I would not consider this to be particularly bad yellowing for the age and nature of the set.

Please do spend some time reviewing the photographs. I have tried to provide an honest assessment of the set with the images. If you have any questions please ask. I am happy to provide more specific detail and photographs.

The carriage will be posted in it's built form as you see it in the photos.
