Rare promotional only cinema Exhibitors Campaign Book for the release of the first Police Academy movie.  Hard to find promotional A4 marketing brochure for the 1984 cinema release of Police Academy starring Steve Guttenburg, Bubba Smith and Kim Cattrall.  This is a 6 sided folded A4 marketing brochure that includes all the details of the various posters, lobby cards and advertising materials cinemas could purchase in support of the movie release.

All in excellent used condition, some general age / handling wear but no rips or tears (ACTUAL item pictured - see pictures for more condition details).
