Please provide the personalisation you require in the personalisation box via the listing or Note to Seller box at checkout.

SHIPPING / POSTAGE / DELIVERY

This item is in stock in our UK warehouse, and we despatch your order the same day where payment is received by 2pm.  We do not despatch at weekends, therefore orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will be despatched on the following Monday, excluding bank holidays where this will be a Tuesday.

 

We use and offer various postal shipping methods.  The choice for this listing can be seen on the postage and payments tab.  The usual default shipping method is Royal Mail 2nd Class, however you can choose to upgrade this service at checkout, where available.  International buyers can choose either Airmail or Airsure.

 

You will receive an automated email to confirm your item has been despatched.

 

If you have not received your item within the estimated delivery time and you may have not been at home to receive your parcel it is advisable to check with your neighbours to see if a parcel has been left with them, check any outhouses you might have where it may be left if it cannot fit through your letterbox and contact your local sorting office to see if the item has been returned to the depot as undelivered and awaiting collection.

Please note that we will only send goods to your registered PayPal address. Please ensure that your PayPal address is up to date before purchasing, as after the goods have been despatched, we do not accept responsibility for goods being sent to your old address.

 

COMBINED POSTAGE

We are able to combine postage and packaging cost for multiple purchases, please request the total from seller, do not pay and await our combined invoice.  If you do make payment before receiving our invoice we are not able to offer a refund for the combination.

RETURNS

We hope that you are pleased with your purchase from the eBuyGB, however we do understand that occasionally, you may need to return goods to us.


Goods are faulty on arrival

If you find that your goods are faulty on arrival, then you are entitled to a replacement or a refund. Please contact us immediately on receipt of the order and let us know the problem, we may need a photograph and/or send a stamped addressed envelope for the return of the item.


Goods damaged on arrival
If you discover that your goods are visibly damaged on arrival, you should either write on the delivery note that the packaging is damaged, or refuse to accept the delivery. Please contact us immediately with details of the damage. This will help us considerably in raising the matter with our appointed courier.  Once the damaged goods have been received back into our warehouse, then we will replace or refund them.

You Have Simply Changed Your Mind (Distance Selling Regulations)
If you have ordered goods from us, but then simply decided that you wish to cancel your order, you are entitled to do so and have any money that you have paid to us refunded.
In order to return an unwanted item, the following criteria must be met:

You must have contacted us in writing within 7 working days of receipt

The item must be in the original box and packaging

It is your responsibility to return the goods to us in a safe and secure manner and at your cost.
