This is quite a rare picnic hamper by Ilat, these were produced in the 1930's 40's 50's and sold in high end shops such as Harrods.
This one is a four person hamper complete with a strong lockable case with two keys and makers label.
The contents contains Sheffield nickel silver plated cutlery, two large bakelite containers, two glass jars with screw on tops, one small round bakelite container, three bakelite beakers, three bakelite cups, four bakelite sandwich plates, and four saucers.The securing straps are strong leather.

Good vintage condition. One bakelite container has a hairline.
