DESCRIPTION

PACKAGING

Where stock permits, your item will be sent with recycled paper-padding, bubblewrap, boxes and envelopes in order to help control waste. 

DISPATCH

I offer a FAST DELIVERY based on a two day dispatch service level so you do not wait unnecessarily for your item(s). If paid for prior to 4pm on a working day the item will normally be dispatched and on route to you the next day.

POSTAGE

As fuel prices have risen, so too has the cost of courier services. I always try to be fair with postage and packing costs (it normally costs me more than what you pay) but will always seek out the most economical courier for your item, due to my location this may be determined by free collection services. If you have a particular courier you'd rather I didn't use then please state this in a message when ordering.

COMBINED DELIVERIES

“If there is room in the box I will be happy to add more items to it”!

If I can make your postage payment work harder for you I am more than happy to do this.

I will normally offer a reduced price for doing this as well as saving on postage costs!

FEEDBACK

On successful delivery of your item I simply request Feedback is left via the eBay Feedback system to let me know you have received the item and you are happy with your purchase. On receiving your Feedback I will then do the same.

Any issues with the item, or the delivery, please do contact me direct so I can try and resolve the issue for you.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted, provided the Buyer has contacted me within 30 days of delivery. The return will be accepted provided the item is in the same condition it was dispatched in, and it is returned in the same packaging, where appropriate.

Buyer pays for return postage.
