This is a vintage original manual of operating bulletins issued by the Santa Fe railroad in 1972. This manual is 42 pages plus the title page and table of contents page and the covers measuring about 8” x 11”. The front cover is printed:

This vintage original manual of operating bulletins is fully complete and intact with some wear and light soiling to the covers . The inside pages are in very good condition. Overall condition is very good.
