Very rare CD! Photos are of the actual item for sale - what you see is what you get! Please see my feedback noting how carefully I package items. Inserts look like new.  CD is nearly flawless, with just the tiniest (1/16") and lightest marks at the outer edge of the play side that keep me from calling it perfect.  The lift-lock case also has a crack on the front.  I'm a collector myself and always do my best to ensure items arrive safely. I also combine shipping - just pay the listed shipping charge for the first item, then $1 shipping for each additional.
