The case is in reasonable condition, but the back plate has some damage, and there is a small chip off the top left corner
The paint on the dial is flaking off
The movement runs off 250v. It was briefly tested and it did run when plugged in, but made a buzzing noise, and is therefore being sold as not safe to use and for parts only. It will be sent with the wire cut.
